Step Lamp

The Step Lamp is a table lamp in white, cast in alabaster plaster and carved by hand. It is made in an edition of 20. Its stepped form is a playful thought about ambition and enlightenment, a small staircase rising to a light. The curves are smooth and organic because the piece is meant to be touched, not only looked at. Each one is carved by hand and comes out slightly different, which is exactly how we want it.
