Form No_02

Form No.002 is a wall relief in hazelnut, cast in alabaster plaster and carved by hand, the pigment worked tone on tone through the material. It is part of the Forms collection, our study of asymmetry that somehow feels stable. The tone on tone surface gives it a depth that shifts with the daylight, so the piece is never entirely still. Each relief is carved by hand and no two surfaces repeat.
