Shipping

Every piece ships worldwide from our Amsterdam studio by air freight. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each piece and destination — ask for a quote at studio@aoao.nl.

White glove delivery is available on request.

Lead times and stock are shown on each product page.

Taxes & duties

Orders delivered within the European Union include 21% Dutch VAT. For EU businesses ordering with a valid VAT identification number from another member state, the supply is zero-rated under the intra-Community supply rules — the 0% VAT rate applies and you account for the VAT in your own country. VAT numbers are validated against the EU's VIES register.

Orders to the rest of the world are shipped exclusive of local taxes; import duties and fees, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, except where damage occurred in transit. In that case, contact the studio at studio@aoao.nl within 2 days of delivery.

Warranty

Every piece is covered by a two-year warranty. If it develops a fault in normal use, the studio will repair it free of charge — or replace it, if it cannot be repaired.
