Delivery times will depend on the stock status of the artwork. If the order is available in stock, order will be shipped within 2 days of purchase date. 

If the item is made to order, the artwork will need to be made before shipping. For more information about “made to order” times, please refer to the artworks page where the time frame is indicated. 

  • All of our artworks are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • Deliveries to the United States and Canada are estimated to take 7-8 business days.
  • We use DHL Express or UPS to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your artwork.

All artwork is fully refundable within the 14 days window given that the item is undamaged and in its original form and packaging. If you are not happy with your order, please return the artwork to the below address and your funds will be deposited back to your original method of payment. After the 14 days grace period, it is not possible to return the artwork.

  • In case the artwork is damaged during the initial shipment, Studio AOAO takes responsibility and full refund is issued.
  • For customised or bespoke artwork, we do not offer any refunds.
  • All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Studio AOAO does not supply return shipping labels or cover return costs.
  • If the customer decides to return the artwork, initial shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A restocking fee of 30% applies to all returned items.
  • Studio AOAO is not responsible in the event that a customer return is lost or damaged in transit.

Our artworks are dispatched from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Please note that customers may be responsible for any applicable customs fees upon receipt of their shipment. These fees are beyond our control and vary by country.

Color customisations are possible for some of the items. Please feel free to send an e-mail to [email protected] to request for information. 

Please remember that customised artworks are non-refundable.

If your billing address is different than the shipping address, please include the billing address additionally on the billing form on the checkout page. If you are purchasing as a company, please include your company name on the checkout form. 

A separate invoice is provided by e-mail and another copy is included along with the shipment. 

All artwork sold in this site is under warranty for 1 year. If the artwork malfunctions during regular use, it can be returned for repairs free of charge for the given time period. If the item can not be fixed, we will replace the artwork without additional cost. Before we can issue repair work, please send us a photo of the damage and we will asses if the damage is covered by warranty. 

For larger artwork, we ensure secure and safe transit by using custom wooden crates. This ensures that your purchase arrives in its original condition. Please allow 3 days extra for crating.
