Delivery times will depend on the stock status of the artwork. If the order is available in stock, order will be shipped within 2 days of purchase date.
If the item is made to order, the artwork will need to be made before shipping. For more information about “made to order” times, please refer to the artworks page where the time frame is indicated.
- Deliveries made in Netherlands generally take 2-3 business days.
- Deliveries within EU takes 3-4 business days.
- All deliveries are sent with DHL Express.
Color customisations are possible for some of the items. Please feel free to send an e-mail to [email protected] to request for information.
Please remember that customised artworks are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping.
If your billing address is different than the shipping address, please include the billing address additionally on the billing form on the checkout page. If you are purchasing as a company, please feel free to include your company name on the checkout form. VAT invoices are available per request. After placing the order, please send an email to [email protected] and your VAT invoice will be emailed to you.
All artwork is fully refundable within the 30 days window given that the item is undamaged and in its original form and packaging. If you are not happy with your order, please return the artwork to the below address and your funds will be deposited back to your original method of payment. After the 30 days grace period, it is not possible to return the artwork.
If the artwork is customised or damaged during use, we can not offer any refunds.
Please mind that returning costs belong to the customer unless the item has been damaged during shipping. In this case, shipping fees will be waived.

All artwork sold in this site is under warranty for 2 years. If the artwork malfunctions during regular use, it can be returned for repairs free of charge for the given time period. If the item can not be fixed, we will replace the artwork without additional cost. Before we can issue repair work, please send us a photo of the damage and we will asses if the damage is covered by warranty.
