Delivery times will depend on the stock status of the artwork. If the order is available in stock, order will be shipped within 2 days of purchase date.
If the item is made to order, the artwork will need to be made before shipping. For more information about “made to order” times, please refer to the artworks page where the time frame is indicated.
- All of our artworks are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Deliveries to the United States and Canada are estimated to take 5-7 business days.
- We use DHL Express to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your artwork.
We accept returns and refunds if the artwork is damaged during shipment or if the electrical parts are not working. At Studio AOAO, we take full responsibility and will issue a complete refund or replacement. To ensure this process goes smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Unpack the item and report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
- Take photos of the following and email them to us:
- The damaged item from multiple angles (taken outside of the package).
- Inside of the package showing the packing materials.
- Each side of the package from the outside.
- The packing slip attached to the top of the box.
- Please keep the package and the damaged item. The delivery company will contact you to arrange a pick-up of the damaged parcel.
Once the insurance claim is processed, we will send you a full refund or a replacement piece.
All artwork sold in this site is under warranty for 2 years. If the artwork malfunctions during regular use, it can be returned for repairs free of charge for the given time period. If the item can not be fixed, we will replace the artwork without additional cost. Before we can issue repair work, please send us a photo of the damage and we will asses if the damage is covered by warranty.
Once your payment (whether it’s a deposit or the full amount) has been made, the order cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel after making the deposit, please note that the deposit will be non-refundable.
Our artworks are dispatched from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Please note that customers may be responsible for any applicable customs fees upon receipt of their shipment. These fees are beyond our control and vary by country.
Color customisations are possible for some of the items. Please feel free to send an e-mail to [email protected] to request for information.
If your billing address is different than the shipping address, please include the billing address additionally on the billing form on the checkout page. If you are purchasing as a company, please include your company name on the checkout form.
A separate invoice is provided by e-mail and a physical copy along with the shipment.
For large artwork or multiple pieces, we ensure secure and safe transit by using custom wooden crates. This ensures that your purchase arrives in its original condition. Please allow 7 days extra for crating.
